Dressed with green Pesto and served on a bed of mixed leaves and sliced Ciabatta toast
Carrot and Fresh Coriander Soup
Served with crusty bread and butter
Sautéed Mushrooms and Chorizo
Sautéed button mushrooms with onions, peppers, chorizo and white wine, served on Ciabatta toast
MAIN COURSE
Medley of Monk Fish, Salmon and Smoked Haddock
Pan-fried and served on a Savoury Rice Timbale. Finished with a creamy white wine, capers and tomato sauce.
Chicken and Stilton Bombe
Chicken fillet filled with Stilton cheese, wrapped in bacon. Served on Crushed Buttered Sweet Potato and Carrots, with Cracked Pepper. Finished with Creamed Leeks and white wine.
10oz Seared Lamb Rump
Marinated with Garlic, Rosemary and Thyme. Served with Carrots and Fine Green Beans wrapped in Smoked Streaky Bacon, Parmantier Potatoes with mushrooms, garlic and paprika. Drizzled with a Red Current Jelly and Red Wine Glaze.
