Turkey and Ham Pie in a white wine sauce, with mashed potatoes, creamy leeks and Peas.
Baked Trio of Fish
Salmon, Smoked Haddock and Cod, served on a bed of savoury spinach, with buttered crushed new potatoes and a hollandaise sauce.
Cumin spiced butternut squash with mixed lentils in a filo pastry parcel, baked until golden brown and served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
