Spiced Creamy Roasted Parsnip Soup
served with crusty bread and butter

served with chutney on toasted bread

Layered Smoked Salmon and Crayfish Salad
served with brown bread and butter

Champignons a la Chasseur
Button mushrooms cooked in white wine,
tomato and tarragon, served
with garlic bread slices.


Main course

All served with traditional vegetables, roast potatoes,
with a separate gravy boat

Traditional Roast Turkey and Honey Glazed Ham
served with Pigs in a Blanket and a smoked bacon
and cranberry stuffing.

Baked Layered Trio of Seafood
Salmon, Monkfish and Cod, wrapped in Smoked Steaky
Bacon and served with a creamy caper, crayfish and
white wine sauce.

Confit of Duck
Slow cooked and garnished with fine green beans wrapped in
Parma Ham and glazed with an Orange and Cointreau sauce.

Savoury Spinach, Sundried Tomato and Feta Cheese Wellington
Served with a light white wine and Stilton sauce


Traditional Christmas Pudding
Served with Brandy sauce

White Chocolate and Irish Cream Cheesecake
Served with Cream or Ice-cream

Lemon Tart
Served with Cream or Ice-cream

Followed by Coffee and Mince Pies
