Served with Pigs in a Blanket and an apricot and chestnut stuffing.

Confit of Duck

Slow cooked infusion, garnished with fine green beans wrapped in Parma Ham and glazed with an orange and Cointreau sauce.

Baked Layered Trio of Seafood

Salmon, Monkfish and Crayfish, wrapped with Parma Ham and served with a creamy caper and white wine sauce.

Cranberry, Brie, Mushroom and Rocket Wellington

Served with a creamy, roasted Red Pepper sauce.
